This Privacy Policy explains how SenseVPN handles information when you use the SenseVPN iOS app and VPN service. SenseVPN uses Apple’s StoreKit for subscriptions, checks subscription eligibility with its backend, and uses WireGuard to provide VPN connections to servers supplied by the backend.
Information involved in providing the service
Operating a VPN connection requires network communication between your device, our service infrastructure, and the selected VPN server. In that process, technical information may be handled, such as your network address, connection and server details, WireGuard public key, installation or device-related identifiers, and connection or usage information. The precise information available can depend on the connection and infrastructure.
We do not intentionally record the websites you visit or the contents of your internet traffic as browsing-history records. This statement is limited to browsing activity and traffic content; it is not a claim that no technical data is processed or that no operational records exist. We cannot confirm from the information available for this page whether every operational field is persistently stored or how long any such records are retained.
How information is used
Technical and account-related information may be used to establish and maintain VPN connections, provide server access, verify Premium entitlement, protect and operate the service, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests.
Subscriptions and Apple
Purchases and subscription billing are handled by Apple through the App Store. SenseVPN does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple. The app or backend may process transaction, subscription, or entitlement information needed to determine whether Premium access is active. Device and installation information
The app and service may use installation or device-related identifiers needed for service operation, entitlement association, or support. We do not describe these identifiers as anonymous. The exact identifiers and their retention periods are not specified here.
VPN traffic and browsing activity
SenseVPN is designed to route internet traffic through a VPN tunnel. The VPN service necessarily processes network traffic to transmit it. This policy does not claim that SenseVPN can never technically encounter network metadata, IP addresses, DNS requests, or destination information while providing the service. We do not intentionally create browsing-history records describing the websites you visit or keep records of traffic contents for that purpose.
Retention
Information is kept only as needed for the purposes described above and applicable operational requirements. We do not state a fixed deletion period here because a specific retention schedule has not been confirmed for this policy.
Service providers and infrastructure
SenseVPN relies on Apple for App Store purchases and on backend and VPN server infrastructure to provide the service. Those systems may process technical information as needed to operate the service. This page does not identify additional analytics or crash-reporting providers.
Security
We use measures intended to protect information handled by the service. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
SenseVPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
International processing
Because VPN servers are provided dynamically and infrastructure locations may vary, information may be processed in countries where the service or its providers operate. Specific locations can depend on the server selected and service configuration.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can stop using the app or disconnect from the VPN at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Contact us to make a request; we may need information sufficient to verify and respond to it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
